Review: The fruity aroma puts a nice touch to the nose. It gives off very much like pear and peach flavors, mixed with sour apple and some spices. This wine is not too bitter and it does not leave your mouth dried once you swallow it. This may mean that this wine is high in acidity, according to an employee at the cellar last week. I would give this wine an 89. I would be interested in pairing this wine with a meal! I tasted this on its
own with no food.
