Winery Review: Velvety smooth texture just like its name. Soft tannins and lush dark fruit character. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah bring backbone and character, while the Merlot balances out the blend for a soft, smooth texture.
My Review: It had a very deep purple-burgundy color with a strong smell of green peppers. This wine left a strange texture on the tongue that was not quite pleasant. It was not smooth in texture as it was described in the Winery Review. There was also a strong green peppery flavor and this wine was definitely up my alley. I would give this wine an 83. I tasted it on its own with no food.
